Our Champions of Care program offers you the opportunity to honor a doctor, nurse, aide, social worker, chaplain or other caregiver who has touched your life in an important way.
Your Champion of Care will receive a special card informing them of your thoughtful gift (no amounts are shared), and their name will be displayed on our website as well as hospital publications. In addition, each Champion of Care will receive a special lapel pin to wear proudly.
